Why I Started Llama Crew

A woman in a small boat on a lake, wearing a life jacket, a cap with a camera attached, and a headset, holding a paddle and smiling.

I didn’t create this brand just to make clothing. I created it for something bigger.

As a rower, I learned early on what it means to show up when it’s hard, to push past limits, and to be part of something bigger than yourself.

The ones who wake up early, show up tired, and still give more. The ones who stay after practice, push one more piece, and come back the next day ready to do it again. The ones who are never satisfied because they know they can be better.

There are no shortcuts. No easy days. Just the decision to show up and keep going even when you don’t feel like it.

Rowing taught me that. It taught me how to show up when it’s hard, how to put in the extra work, and how to keep going even when no one is watching. I’m still learning that every day.

But I’ve realized that when you push past what you think your limit is, you start to see what you’re actually capable of.

That’s where growth happens. That’s where confidence starts to build. That’s where everything begins to change.

Llama Crew is built on that mindset. It’s not just about apparel. It’s about showing up, working hard, and being part of something bigger than yourself.

This brand is for the ones who put in the extra work, who stay late, and who push the people around them to be better.

This isn’t just a brand. It’s for people who want to go beyond.
